Off-road Robot

This Off-road robot was initiated during Undergraduate Summer Research Grant at Texas A&M University in 2023. My main contribution was the entirety of the mechanical design with the mechanical integration of all the electronics. This prototype was developed to prove the concept of an impact resistant wheeled robot capable of withstanding the impact from falling from the second floor and climbing obstacles higher than the robot, such as staircases. The chassis is made of carbon fiber and 3D printed PLA. 3D printed TPU was used in the tires and suspension to absorb the impact.
